Online classes are a great way to begin or continue your dance studies. With the growing number of students in Suhaila's program spanning across the globe, these classes allow her format and technique to be more widely available. You can take her classes when and wherever you want! Now, instead of only traveling to attend workshops, both Suhaila and Jamila Salimpour can follow you into your own studio, living room or even office for a quick glute workout or 'Arabic two' during lunch! Truly the best dancers continue training their entire lives, and that doesn't mean twice a year - that means at least 3-5 times a week. If your distance was getting in the way, now you have no excuses! Suhaila is hoping that these classes will help motivate dancers and promote the art form worldwide.
How does it work?
With a subscription, you gain access to full-length classes and master classes taught regularly at Suhaila's studio in Albany, California. Students across the world now have the chance to study directly from the Salimpour Studio, viewing different classes and instructors. Classes rotate throughout the year with different components updated monthly, giving students a thorough overview of what the Suhaila and Jamila formats have to offer.

CECs
If you are already part of the SSBD or JSBD Format certification program, online classes allow you to continue training! If you sign up for a one-year subscription (one-time payment) you can receive 5 credits in CECs for that year. In a two year certification period, you can get 10 of your required CECs online!
